Downtown Lebanon Tunnel

This project involves the rehabilitation of the former railroad tunnel and associated trail work, for use by both pedestrians and bicyclists. Construction will be completed in multiple phases.

JTC served as the Resident Engineers representing VHB (Contractor) and the City of Lebanon, NH, for all on-site inspection and coordination of administrative project items. We provided construction support services which included daily on-site inspection of all components of the tunnel rehabilitation, as well as administrative support for project records. Our Resident Engineer observed the progress and quality of the work completed by the Contractor, coordinating with both the City and Contractor.
