John Turner
Founder and President

John Turner, the President of John Turner Consulting, is a graduate Civil Engineer (Chi Epsilon) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has over 34 years’ experience in the consulting engineering industry. He serves as Principal-in-Charge and continues to project manage key contracts and projects. John remains active in the daily operations of JTC and encourages clients to reach out to him directly.

John’s vision has steered JTC from a one-man operation in New Hampshire, to a $23M+ firm with technical professionals located throughout New England.

Asher Anderson, CCM, CPESC
Senior Vice President

Asher joined JTC as a Resident Engineer and has advanced to the role of Senior Vice President over his seven-year tenure, growing alongside the company.

In his current role, Asher oversees JTC’s state and federal agency construction support contracts, seven construction materials testing laboratories across New England, and the Special Inspections program that complements these laboratories.

Stephen C. Lanne, P.E.
Director of Geotechnical Engineering

Steve brings over 26 years of experience and a proven track record of providing clients practical solutions to complex geotechnical issues. He specializes in providing geotechnical design services for retaining walls, excavation support, deep foundations, underpinning, slope stabilization, and dewatering.

Estera Ciparyte-McDonald, CPA, CCIFP
Chief Financial Officer

As JTC’s Chief Financial Officer, Estera contributes to the company’s success by providing accurate financial reporting and collaborative solutions that improve processes and profitability. With more than 20 years of progressive experience in public accounting and in corporate finance, Estera leads strategic financial planning throughout the firm using a data-driven approach.

Marie Shelley
Director of Business Development

With nearly 20 years of business development experience in the built environment, Marie leads JTC’s growth strategies, identifying opportunities throughout New England to drive advancement across all disciplines.

With a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground approach, she is deeply engaged in the industry, fostering connections and strategic initiatives that align with JTC’s mission and vision. Marie is actively involved with Plan New Hampshire, the Middlesex 3 Coalition, and MEREDA.

Nicholas Lisowski
Director of Pavement Management

Nicholas brings over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the construction industry, specializing in project management, construction quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC) management, as well as materials testing and inspections.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to oversee and deliver complex projects across various sectors, including design-build, airport rehabilitation, highway construction, and facility development. Nicholas has worked with a diverse range of agencies and private sector owners, successfully managing projects from conception through to completion.

Ellen Lanello
Director of Construction Engineering Services

Ellen supports our clients’ construction projects through construction management, special inspections and testing, along with quality control and quality assurance.

She has a diverse background managing work on projects ranging from large-scale utility upgrades and public works projects, to commercial and residential development. Working with local municipalities, design teams, developers and construction teams gives Ellen a unique skill set to successfully coordinate a variety of construction scopes and testing.

Vincent Giambrocco
Director of Industrial Hygiene Services

With more than 35 years of experience in Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Consulting, Vinny is a highly skilled professional. Vinny routinely conducts complex pre-demolition surveys for asbestos, lead paint, PCB assessments of building materials and stained concrete and equipment surfaces, equipment oils, and other hazardous materials.

He provides abatement cost estimates for multiple building disposition options, including partial abatement, and project specifications for complete facility abatement and demolition. I

Lucas J. Benedict, LG, PG
Director of Environmental Services

Lucas brings over 20 years of experience in environmental and engineering consulting to his role at JTC. A licensed Professional Geologist in Maine and New Hampshire, he specializes in environmental site assessments, remediation planning, and risk management for complex projects. Lucas is known for guiding clients through due diligence and compliance challenges with practical, results-driven solutions.

He holds an M.S. in Geology from SUNY Albany and a B.A. in Earth Science from SUNY Oneonta.

Alan Rogers
Director of Sustainability & Energy Services

Alan has nearly 20 years of experience in the energy services industry, during which he has constructed and executed national energy retrofit programs for over 2500 projects, saving customers millions in utility expenses while reducing their carbon footprint.

Alan possesses the necessary skills and knowledge to identify opportunities for reductions in maintenance and energy expenses in all facility types, including commercial/industrial, retail, food retail, manufacturing, and logistics facilities.

Paige Williams
Director of Marketing

Paige has 20 years of experience helping AEC companies develop and execute winning proposal writing strategies that further values, vision and business goals. Her clear and creative communications ensure clients know why JTC is the best team for the job. She is highly skilled in the areas of marketing strategy, internal and external communications, corporate branding and operations support. With a thorough understanding of the opportunity lifecycle, Paige develops pursuit strategies and client communications that showcase JTC’s expertise in delivering strategic engineering solutions that exceed expectations. Paige holds a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Boston University and is a member of SMPS CT.

Mark Zambernardi, P.E.
Principal Engineer

Mark is a registered professional engineer and has over 30 years of experience as a practicing geotechnical engineer working with engineers, architects, developers, owners, contractors, and public agencies. Mark has been with JTC since 2026 when Northeast Geotechnical became part of the company. Mark has managed commercial, retail, multi-family residential, industrial, education and public projects from proposal phase through engineering and construction phases. Mark has performed geotechnical engineering evaluation and analysis associated with foundations (spread footings and piles), floor slabs, pavements, ground improvement, settlement, seismic design and liquefaction, retaining walls, slopes, and braced excavations, as well as earthwork construction including bedrock blasting and vibration monitoring. He has also served as a site investigator and field engineer on a variety of commercial, retail, multi-family residential and public projects.

Christopher Cote
Director of VT Materials Operations

Chris is the Branch Manager for our Vermont offices. He has extensive experience in testing and inspecting various materials related to building and highway projects. Chris also has 20 years of experience in building and highway construction QA/QC, active certifications and applicable industry credentials, and superior knowledge covering all phases of construction.

Craig Sterritt
Director of Environmental Services – Vermont

Craig leads JTC’s environmental services team in Vermont, specializing in contaminated site investigation, remediation, and environmental regulatory compliance. He joined JTC in 2021 when Harper Environmental Associates became part of the company. Craig works closely with clients, regulators, and project teams to develop practical, cost-effective solutions to complex environmental challenges. He is committed to delivering high-quality technical work, clear communication, and successful project outcomes from project planning through completion.

Raymond Lavery
Operations Manager, Industrial Hygiene

Ray has 18 years of experience working in the environmental industry. He has been involved in many different projects including industrial hygiene, health and safety, geotechnical, environmental, and industrial hygiene-related sites. As an Operations Manager, he oversees and coordinates day-to-day industrial hygiene, health and safety, asbestos, lead, and indoor air quality (IAQ), due diligence, and environmental services. Ray also serves as the Safety Director for JTC.
