JTC provided the following services:
- Footing subgrade verification
- Soil compaction
- Rebar/concrete inspection
- Structural steel inspection
- Asphalt field inspection
Construction began early in 2020 and is nearly complete for this new 150,000 square foot facility. The general contractor was ReArch Company from South Burlington, VT.
