The MBTA undertook a project, partially funded by a Federal Transit Administration Resiliency Grant, to improve resilience to riverine and local flooding. The project consisted of soil improvements, dredging, shoreline stabilization, drainage repairs and upgrades, and flood resiliency.
JTC’s contract includes materials testing and inspection for soils, concrete, and HMA.
