This NHDOT project involved three red-list bridge replacements and roadway reconstruction and rehabilitation of 3.5 miles of roadway on Route 16 in Ossipee. The bridge slide portion of the project is the first of its kind to be constructed in the state of New Hampshire.
JTC was selected to provide resident engineering oversight services. Our scope of services included:
- Contractor oversight presence during construction
- Preparation and documentation of daily activities through reports and construction logs
- Providing project status updates to the Contract Administrator
- Provide verification of project quantities expended, anticipated, and accepted for payment
- Ensure project adherence to federal and state requirements
- Provide inspections of contractor and sub-contractors work ensuring it complies with project specifications and plans as provided by the client
- Assist with material testing for quality control measures that may be required
