JTC worked with the NHDOT Contract Administrator to oversee the various operations. We monitored the paving operations, measured, and recorded item quantities, collected material samples, evaluated the traffic control, and documented the work in daily reports using the NHDOT software. JTC also maintained written and verbal correspondence with the individual contractors as well as the NHDOT engineering staff.
