This project consisted of a sewer separation construction project located within Preble Street Extension and Marginal Way, including storm sewer pipes, various size manholes, CSO chamber modifications, trench paving, and other related construction. The goal was to reduce Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) activity into Back Cove by installing separated stormwater drains in the project area. This phase was funded through MaineDEP SRF and the City of Portland.
JTC provided construction administration, full-time construction inspection, and materials inspection & testing.
