In 2022, Harper Environmental Associates (HEA) was acquired by JTC. HEA is a Vermont-based environmental consulting firm specializing in petroleum/hazardous material spill response, investigation and remediation of contaminated sites, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, fuel storage tank removals, asbestos sampling and abatement, and mold investigations. Established in 1995 by Hydrogeologist Cliff Harper, HEA has been providing solutions to the environmental concerns of home and business owners in the Upper Valley and central Vermont and New Hampshire areas for nearly 30 years.

HEA staff has extensive field, technical, and project management experience in the fields of Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), soil and groundwater remediation, asbestos sampling, mold investigations, and waste removal.

Craig Sterritt

Director, Environmental Services

Craig is currently the director of Harper Environmental Associates (HEA), a Vermont-based division of JTC specializing in the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites. Craig grew up in New York City, where he attended Hunter College and worked as a medical writer and editorial director before moving to Vermont and joining HEA in 2012.

Brandon Cornelius

Environmental Technician

Brandon Cornelius is currently a master technician at Harper Environmental Associates. (HEA). He has nearly 10 of years of experience in the environmental industry and has completed groundwater sampling and soil and groundwater remediation projects throughout New England. His primary responsibilities at HEA include compliance with Health and Safety Plans (HASP), soil and groundwater sampling, indoor air quality assessments, installation and operation of remedial systems, UST removals, and hazardous waste management.

Margaret Clark

Assistant Project Manager

Margaret has been working in the construction industry for over close to 10 years and brings a wealth of knowledge on a variety of administrative tasks. She has a diverse background coordinating many work aspects of projects both big and small. Margaret serves as the first point of contact for clients and provides support services to the Harper Environmental Team.
