Sanford Schools Renovations

The City of Sanford embarked on an ambitious three year project to renovate three existing schools and reconfigure the school district by the fall of 2020.

JTC’s scope of services included: preconstruction testing for subgrade, concrete, rebar, masonry, asphalt, structural steel, soil, and aggregates; special inspections; fireproofing inspection; cold form metal framing inspections; and firestopping inspection.
